JUNE 28TH, 1997

On this day seven years ago, I met my friend David Crowe for the first time.
I was in Ottawa with Chris as it was around Canada Day, and we headed over to visit Dave and Morgan (and company) to celebrate.
I thought this was indeed an intelligent and crazy group of people.
On this day we all watched Mike Tyson snack on an ear as we drank a whole lotta beer. I think it is great to have friends like this in your life. Try to hang onto them. So today I am quite happy.

Yesterday I spent the day with Rosy as it was her last Sunday afternoon in Montreal. It was great, the sun was out we went to Winnies and had a nice lunch, and two pitchers of SANGRIA!

We spoke about life in Montreal and how things have changed for the both of us regarding work, men/boys, friendships gained and lost, and also the future.
I am excited to see where I will be in a year. As just a short year ago I was on the same terrace having lunch with my dad. Enough marachino cherries later, we then stumbled off to get something for my niece Kennedy.
And saw the movie Dodgeball to make us laugh, yet it was so entirely bad I almost left. We did have a good time yesterday and that was all that mattered anyway.


The future is X-rated as Matt Good would say, but I say that the future is whatever you make it out to be. Good and or Bad. I hope you vote tonight as this IS part of your future too, remember this.
